Taste & Technique is a professional cooking studio and retail store where children and adults learn cooking techniques and taste their creations. With a dash of camaraderie, a cup of creativity and a pinch of kitchen confidence, we have an amazing recipe for fun.

Adult Classes

Adults can enjoy a variety of cooking experiences at Taste & Technique. We offer day and evening classes that include both participation and demonstration style classes. We host well-known area chefs in our "Featured Restaurant" classes. Participants will sample the dishes prepared in class and take the recipes home to enjoy.

KIDS
Kid's Workshops - Ages 7 & up
Our Kid's workshops teach a variety of skills to kids ages 7 and up. Each themed class can be purchased individually. Space is limitted so call the studio to register today at (732)741-COOK.
Kindergarten Enrichment
The Art of Cooking Classes include hands-on, up to your elbows cooking fun plus a "food"-tastic craft. Children will go home with their bellies full, craft in hand and recipes to re-create at home.
Growing Gourmets - Kindergarten - 2nd. grade
Our Growing Gourmets are introduced to basic cooking techniques and sample the fruits of their labor. Children take home the recipes to try again for their families.
Supper Club - Ages 10 & up
In addition to an introduction to basic cooking techniques junior chefs prep, combine, cook and enjoy a full dinner. Kids take home the recipes to re-create. Space is limitted so call the studio at (732)741-COOK to register today.
Dinner and a Movie
Our teen chefs hone developing cooking skills. Participants learn to prepare exciting dishes, taste their creations and leave class with a coupon for a movie rental at Distinctive Toys and Movies.
