This partial hands-on series will focus on knife skills as well as healthy cooking for the springtime

WEEK 1 - May 6th

  • Spinach Salad with Shrimp, Avocado, Tomatoes and Green Tea Vinaigrette
  • Rotelle Pasta with Tomato, Zucchini, Olives and Goat Cheese
  • Grilled Oregano Chicken
  • Grilled Eggplant stacked with Vidalia Onions, Tomatoes and Grilled Corn Vinaigrette
  • Individual Chocolate and Hazelnut Cakes

WEEK 2 - May 13th

  • Red Pepper and Walnut Bruschetta
  • Steamed Shrimp with Asparagus and Baby Carrots with Orange Basil Dressing
  • Grilled Steak Salad with Peanut Mustard Vinaigrette
  • Grape Tomato Gratin
  • Broccoli Salad with Lemon and Honey Vinaigrette
  • Walnut and Orange Cake

WEEK 3 - May 20th

  • Veggie Burgers withTomato and Basil Sauce
  • Grilled Salmon with Wilted Arugula, Corn and Roasted Shallot Vinaigrette
  • Grilled Asian Chicken
    with Soba Noodle and Vegetable Salad
  • Grilled Red Potato Salad with Honey and Rosemary
  • Cappuccino Mousse
