WEEK 2 - May 13th
- Red Pepper and Walnut Bruschetta
- Steamed Shrimp with Asparagus and Baby Carrots with Orange Basil Dressing
- Grilled Steak Salad with Peanut Mustard Vinaigrette
- Grape Tomato Gratin
- Broccoli Salad with Lemon and Honey Vinaigrette
- Walnut and Orange Cake
WEEK 3 - May 20th
- Veggie Burgers withTomato and Basil Sauce
- Grilled Salmon with Wilted Arugula, Corn and Roasted Shallot Vinaigrette
- Grilled Asian Chicken
with Soba Noodle and Vegetable Salad
- Grilled Red Potato Salad with Honey and Rosemary
