At Porcini Chef Chris Atamian uses the areas freshest ingredients to create some of the best Italian American Cuisine at the Jersey Shore. In this class he will share his secrets for making traditional meatballs along with a delicious soup, salad, first course and dessert.
Winter Squash Soup with toasted pumpkin seeds,
sage and horseradish crème
Kale Salad with almonds, pomegranate seeds,
parmesan and roasted pear vinaigrette
Steamed Littleneck Clams with onion, fennel,
white wine and garlic crostini
