Brookies are the ideal treat when you simply can’t decide whether to have a chocolate chip cookie or a brownie.  A delicious mix-up of two doughs is rolled and baked together to create these popular cookies.  The recipe makes at least 4 dozen brookies so they can feed a crowd or half can be frozen for a later time.
