This hands-on class is perfect for the pastry pro! Students will work in pairs to make a half sheet of a roulade cake. The cake is filled and iced with mocha buttercream made on-site and topped with a from-scratch ganache glaze to create the bark. Students can also make meringue mushroom decorations and pipe on buttercream holly sprigs! Each student will take a small yule log cake home to enjoy with family and friends! You don’t want to miss this annual event!
