•Create strawberry preserve filling from scratch.
•Prepare a whipped buttercream frosting.
•Learn large rose frosting techniques to cover your cake.
•Embellish your cake with miniature spring leaves and flowers with edible pearl centers.
•Each attendee will take their cake home at the class end.
