Students will work with a professional cake designer to learn the techniques for making and decorating a six inch layer cake with buttercream frosting and fondant.  Each day students will build upon their skills and at the end of the camp they will take home their creations.  While cakes are setting cookies and cupcakes will also be made and decorated.   Included in the class fee is a decorating set with bag, coupling and tips.
