Students will work with a professional cake designer to learn how to make and decorate a six-inch layer cake with from-scratch buttercream frosting and fondant!
Each day students will build upon their skills and at the end of the camp, they will take home their creations. During this camp, cupcake and cookie making and decorating will also be explored in addition to basic piping skills. The class fee includes a healthy snack daily and a decorating set with bag, coupling, and tips.

THIS POLICY IS FIRM, EVEN IN LIGHT OF COVID 19. WE WORK EXTREMELY HARD TO PROVIDE YOU WITH AN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE SO IF YOU CAN NOT ATTEND YOU CAN ALWAYS SEND SOMEONE ELSE IN YOUR PLACE, BUT REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
YOU MAY ALWAYS REACH OUT TO SEE IF WE CAN HELP YOU SELL YOUR SEATS ON YOUR BEHALF. IF WE ARE ABLE TO DO SO, A CREDIT FOR A FUTURE, SCHEDULED COOKING CLASS WILL BE ISSUED.
TASTE & TECHNIQUE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A PROGRAM. IF WE CANCEL, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. WHEN A CLASS IS CANCELLED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, WE WILL CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL OR PHONE. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO ATTEND A CLASS DUE TO WEATHER-RELATED CONCERNS, OUR STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES.
