This camp was so popular last year that we are repeating it with all new recipes!
All over the world cuisines are dependent on dough. Whether its sweet or savory this delicious concoction just drives us “dough nuts” So come join us in this three day hands on camp where we learn the history of these traditional doughs and then work together to create and sample these doughy favorites from 3 very different cuisines.
Day 1 Italy: Homemade Pizza Dough, Four Cheese White Pizza, Traditional Margherita Pie, Anginetti- lemon glazed cookie knots, Double Chocolate Biscotti
Day 2 France: Crusty Baguettes with Salted Whipped Butter, Classic Pie Dough, Authentic Quiche Lorraine, French Macaroons, Rose de Sables- Chocolate Cornflake Pastry
Day 3 Germany: German Meat Hand Pies, Buchtel- Sweet Bread Rolls with Homemade Fruit Filling, Puddingbrezel- Filled Soft Pretzels, Linzer Cookies
