Whether its sweet or savory this delicious concoction just drives us “dough nuts” So come join us in this three day hands on camp where we learn the history of these traditional doughs and then work together to create and sample these doughy favorites from 3 very different cuisines.
Day 1 Italy: Homemade Pizza Dough, Four Cheese White Pizza, Build-Your-Own Calzones
Caesar Salad with Giant Parmesan Croutonsm Cannoli Dip
Day 2 France: Crusty Baguettes, Sweet Pastry Puffs, Apple Caramel Galettes, Choux Pastry DoughQuiche Lorraine
Day 3 Germany: Homemade Spaetzle, Apple Cinnamon Strudel, Soft Pretzels, German Fried Dough, Blueberry Bread
