Throughout the Caribbean before the 40 days of lenten abstention Carnival is celebrated with colorful food, music and dancing. Chef Zeet’s has taught many lively and delicious classes at Taste & Technique. In this class he will share his knowledge of West Indian flavors and the typical food spread laid out at ones house after a Carnival Party.
