Do you spend your evenings binge-watching Chopped? Do you wonder just what it would be like to perform under pressure with a mystery basket?  Taste and Technique will be hosting its first hands-on chopped style class this winter!
Attendees will be mentored by Chef Heather on several simple culinary techniques while munching on bruschetta. Then, just like on TV attendees will be broken into groups and given mystery baskets for 3 courses: appetizers, salads, and main-course dishes. The course preps will be timed and after all attendees sample the results, critiqued by our chef. To round out the evening Chef Heather will demo a simple, yet decadant dessert.
