Do you spend your evenings binge watching Chopped? Do you wonder just what it would be like to perform under pressure with a mystery basket? Taste and Technique will be hosting its first hands on chopped style class this winter!
Attendees will be mentored by Chef Heather on several simple culinary techniques and then sample them as well. Then, just like on TV attendees will be broken into groups and given mystery baskets for 3 courses: appetizers, salads and main course pasta dishes. The course preps will be timed and after all attendees sample the results, critiqued by our chef. To round out the evening Chef Heather will demo a simple, yet decadant molten lava cake for dessert.
