Have you ever wanted to learn basic sushi rolling techniques? If so, this class is for you! Join us for a very hands on sushi making experience! You’ll learn to slice, sear and roll traditional Japanese sushi. Tuna tartare with avocado, ponzu and fish eggs is first on the list. Next, you’ll make tuna sashimi with wasabi and pickled ginger. You’ll then learn to prepare expertly sliced nigiri sushi with tuna, salmon, shrimp and crab sticks. Finish up your cooking class with the perfect tuna roll and a Japanese sweet potato dessert.
