Italian cooking follows the seasons so with spring still in the air join us to celebrate seasonal foods such as asparagus, artichokes, leeks, peas and strawberries. We’ll make the most of these and other ingredients in dishes suited for both family meals and entertaining. Also we will be making fresh pasta, simple and delicious.
