Back by popular demand with all new recipes! Everyone LOVES cupcakes so have your special someone join us at this exciting 3 hour camp featuring 3 cupcake flavors, fillings and frostings plus basic pastry piping and fondant skills daily. Cupcake Chaos brings creativity and baking science together for a day full of sweet fun!
Day 1: Chocolate: dark chocolate, white chocolate and red velvet cupcakes. Topped with mocha, cream cheese and vanilla bean frostings.
Today the technique will focus on large open star tip piping. Toppings that will be made include ganache and marbled chocolate hearts.
Day 2 Vanilla: white cake and golden vanilla cupcakes. filled with cookie dough, strawberry preserves and from scratch caramel. Topped with chocolate, salted caramel and vanilla frostings.
Today the techniques will focus on filling cupcakes and garnishing with chocolate shavings and chocolate dipping.
Day 3 Specialty Bite Sized: Tiny but loaded with flavor we will spend today creating: orange creamsicle minis, mini cini cupcakes, strawberry lemonade bites, chocolate mint cupcake minis, marble swirl cupcake bites with strawberries and Nutella.

Toward this objective, the cooking school adheres to government recommendations and CDC protocols for face coverings, increased safety and cleaning procedures.
Terms & Conditions
Taste & Technique does not have the ability to seat students in a socially distant setting. Our classes offer an interactive experience with a professional chef with seating provided around a large center island. Many of our classes also offer participation by students, making meal prep a communal experience. While we request that students wear face coverings while moving about our kitchen, they are not required to wear masks when seated at the center island.
Due to limited seating and upfront costs of food Taste & Technique maintains a strict cancellation policy. You may receive a credit toward another class if the studio is notified 72 hours prior to the commencement date of your class. No credits will be issued for cancellations received within 72 hours of a course, however a reservation can be transferred to a substitute attendee.
