This easy one-bowl cake is the perfect addition to your Easter table.  You literally mix everything together in one bowl and bake!   If you’re a beginner baker, it’s an absolutely foolproof recipe.   The cake has a crunchy outside and moist inside texture that is complemented by delicious cream cheese frosting and some simple holiday decorations.  Traditionally, carrot cake is the perfect Easter dessert, but this cake is too good to only bake once a year.

This dessert turns out very cute if it is baked in a bundt pan, but it can also be baked in a 9×13 baking dish.

Meal kits are available for pick-up at the studio on Thursday from 4-6 pm.  Simply pull up to the studio door and we will deliver your order to your car.
