The art of saute´ is a technique that will allow even a novice chef to make tasteful meals in no time. In this class Chef Kathleen Sanderson will show how to make four main course stovetop dishes that will give you inspiration for your next weeknight meal or weekend dinner party.
•Steak with Creamy Brandied Peppercorn Sauce with Potatoes
•Chicken Breasts with Lemon Pepper & Parmesan Cream Sauce with Pasta
•Sautéed Salmon with Orange Ginger sauce with Coconut Jasmine Rice
