Honey Mustard Chicken with Asparagus & Farro

This delicious family dinner is a great healthy alternative to ordinary chicken tenders. The chicken is lightly seasoned and cooked in a saute’ pan and then combined with asparagus and whole grain farro in a light sauce made with chicken broth and honey. My family loved this recipe when I tested it out!
You will need some olive oil, salt & pepper, a saute´ pan and a small pot to make this meal that serves 4-6 people.
