Offshore BBQ Sauce is made with a vinegar base combined with spices that balance to a thin sticky sweet vinegar pepper taste. Offshore BBQ Rub is a tasty balance of Sweet & Pepper to bring a savoriness to the meat. The Spare Ribs & Brisket are hand-trimmed to balance out fat to meat ratio to ensure balance & tenderness. All Meat is Dry Rubbed & Smoked with oak to perfect tenderness for an awesome BBQ tasty experience.
