Private Chef Marita Lynn has built a career out of sharing her expertise and love of Peruvian Cuisine.  In this class she will celebrate the Bicentennial Anniversary of Peruvian Independence by sharing her timeless recipes for some traditional Peruvian dishes.
•Shrimp and Avocado Ceviche – Chef Marita’s Signature Dish
•Potato Causa, topped with Octopus and Olive Sauce – Cold Mashed Potato marinated in Peruvian Spices topped with grilled Octopus
•Roasted Chicken Marinated in Peruvian Spices
•Chicken Fried Rice, Peruvian Style
Alfajores – Butter cookies, filled with dulce de leche
