These Harry Potter inspired pumpkin pasties are small pastry pockets filled with a delicious sweet and spicy pumpkin filling, similar to the Cornish pasties which you can buy just about anywhere in England, but which are normally savory.  The kit includes ready made pastry crust to make for a quick and easy treat, but we will also include a recipe for homemade pastry dough for those who want to give it a try another time.
