Enjoy a fabulous dinner while learning all about herbs!   This class will teach you how to harvest, clean, store, dry and freeze the fresh herbs that are so abundant this season.  Learn how to make different types of pesto sauces, herb infused oils and herb vinegars that compliment this summer meal or preserve your herbs this summer so you can use them all winter.
