Sausage Ragu with Spinach and Penne

Pasta is typically thought of as a quick dinner, but only if you buy jarred sauce, right? Not so. This pasta dish, with homemade sausage ragu and fresh spinach, makes for a complete family meal and it can be made within 30 minutes. The sauce is mildly flavored and can be spiced up to your liking with crushed red pepper flakes that are included in the kit.
To prepare this dinner you will need salt and pepper, a small amount of olive oil, a saute´ pan and a pot to cook pasta in.
Meal kits are available for pick-up at the studio on Thursday from 2-4pm. Simply pull up to the studio door and we will deliver your order to your car.
