Have you ever wanted the chance to make some of the most time consuming desserts, but just didn’t have the supplies or experience to give it a shot? Have you ever wanted to learn some basic cake decorating and piping skills to wow your family and friends at the next gathering? If you answered yes, than The Boutique Baker Series is for you. In this 3-part series we will make, bake, decorate and take home a 6” rosette cake, plus work on some of the most difficult baking techniques around. You will learn Choux pastry for cream puffs, chocolate souffles, Italian rainbow cookies, and flourless chocolate cake. Plus we will review basic piping techniques with 6 different piping tips. Each attendee will take home an intro piping kit as well. Come and get your bake on this Winter!
