This class is a crash course in making fresh pasta loaded with useful information. Come learn as Diana Albanese shares with you the art of really good pasta making. We’ll take simple pastas and dress them in their Sunday best for the season.
•Egg pasta dough
•Parmesan Frico with Prosciutto and Mascarpone
•Ricotta “Gnudi” with Herbs and Brown Butter Sauce
•Fettuccine with Lemon Sauce
•Vegetable Lasagna with Tomato and Béchamel Sauce
•Celery, Fennel and Pear Salad with Pecorino and Walnuts
•Rustic Apricot Jam Crostata
