Teen Cooking Club: Cake Decorating

Chef Heather Harm will overview basic cake decorating with buttercream frosting and decorator tips and bags. Students will learn how to slice and fill a layer cake and use cake combs and triangles to decorate their own layer cake which they will take home at the end of class. Included in the class fee is a basic cake decorating kit for each student with pastry tips, a bag, and a coupling. Basic fondant overlay/cut-outs will be reviewed and practiced.
