In this class you will learn the art of saute´.  Once this technique is mastered it can be applied to anything from a quick weeknight meal to a show stopping dinner party menu.  You will leave this class with a new confidence in the kitchen along with a very full belly!
Steak with Creamy Brandied Peppercorn Sauce
Chicken Breasts with Lemon Pepper & Parmesan Cream Sauce
Shrimp with Lemon, Garlic & Vermouth Glaze
Pasta with Bacon, Fire Roasted Tomatoes, Arugula and Goats Cheese Sauce
Arugula Salad Vinaigrette
Caramel Pears w/ Ginger Cookies
