Since 1996 the Bistro has been an anchor of the Red Bank Restaurant Scene. With a passion for market fresh ingredients and simple techniques the culinary team of George Lyristis and Anthony Ferrando are elevating the Bistro at Red Bank to new heights. In this class both chefs will work together to create a menu that highlights the wide variety of cuisine offered at their popular restaurant.
