This hands-on class for ages 7+ focuses on our favorite unicorn cupcake made all from scratch, students will work with fondant to dye and shape their unicorn horns and ears.  Then we will create a rainbow layered pinata cupcake filled with a rainbow sweet surprise.  We will then make vanilla buttercream from scratch and showcase the technique to stripe and pipe a rainbow frosting swirl.  Each student will leave with two cupcakes to enjoy at home and a recipe packet.
